If you've ever wondered what happens when passion, purpose, and a little bit of fun collide, meet Cammy Jo McCain.

As a founding member of both the Women's Empowerment Deck and the Women's Empowerment Mentor Network (WEMN), Cammy Jo has been helping shape the vision from the very beginning. After years of supporting women through the Women's Empowerment Deck at the LPGA, she knew the work couldn't stop there. Reaching and empowering the next generation of young women became the natural next step - and she's been building that future ever since.

As a HerHonor mentor, Cammy Jo is known for bringing her signature blend of leadership, listening, and laughter to every interaction. She believes mentorship is about sharing experiences, caring deeply, and helping young women recognize their own potential. Her favorite part of WEMN? Watching mentees from different schools, backgrounds, and experiences come together to form a true sisterhood.

 One of Cammy Jo's unique contributions is in the Journey Jumpstart sessions launching each mentorship pathway. Inspired by her passion for Enneagram, sessions are a fun and meaningful way for mentors and mentees to build trust from day one. Blending proven corporate team-building techniques with open, engaging dialogue, Cammy Jo helped design an experience connecting women and girls across different age groups, backgrounds, and life experiences. 

Cammy Jo's vision for WEMN is bold: a movement so impactful that young women are eager to join, volunteers are lined up to help, and donors are asking how they can support the mission.

Raven Riley-Washabaugh joined WEMN in 2026 as a founding mentor for the HerEmpower Circle, helping guide high school seniors through one of the most exciting and transformative seasons of their lives. Passionate about investing in the next generation of women leaders, Raven believes that when women support one another, everyone rises.

She is a dynamic communications leader with more than a decade of omni-retail experience. Raven brings expertise in storytelling, digital transformation, trend forecasting, and strategic communications. She has already made a significant impact within WEMN by helping reimagine the organization's Branding ME! series, expanding its focus on personal and professional branding, effective communication, and the growing influence of AI in today's world.

For Raven, mentorship is both a responsibility and a privilege. She is passionate about helping young women build unshakeable confidence while embracing the mindset of being both a leader and a lifelong learner. She hopes every mentee leaves WEMN knowing their voice matters, their perspective has value, and they belong in 

every room they enter.

As a proud Arkansas native and longtime NW Arkansas resident, Raven is excited to help WEMN continue growing its legacy of empowerment, leadership, and community impact across the region and beyond.

HerRise Collective Mentor

 Erica Rodgers may be new to Northwest Arkansas, but she didn't waste any time finding a way to make an impact. After discovering WEMN through an online search, she was immediately drawn to the organization's mission, vision, and commitment to helping young women navigate life's transitions with confidence and purpose.

As one of WEMN's newest mentors, Erica is helping launch the 

HerRise Collective, WEMN's fourth and final mentorship pathway designed to support women as they transition from high school to college and beyond. She believes mentorship is about being a trusted source of guidance, encouragement, and support while helping young women build the confidence and skills needed to succeed 

both personally and professionally.

As a Replenishment Inventory Solutions Manager at Walmart, Erica brings valuable experience navigating corporate America, building a professional career, and balancing competing priorities. A graduate of Central Michigan University, she earned high honors while serving on the university's dance team - an experience that taught her 

discipline, time management, resilience, and the importance 

of showing up consistently.

Inspired by the guidance she received from her father, who served as an early mentor throughout her life and career, Erica is passionate about paying those lessons forward. Her goal is to help young women feel confident in interviews, prepared for the workplace, and empowered to tackle challenges with determination and grace.

Dionka Barker joined WEMN as a founding mentor for the EmpowHER Crew, in 2024 helping to establish the foundation for this final circle pathway. With her leadership WEMN is creating sessions to support early-career women navigate the transitions, challenges, and opportunities that come with building a life and career after college. A longtime supporter of WEMN, Dionka believes deeply in the power of mentorship because she has experienced it firsthand.

Throughout her life and career, others invested their time, wisdom, and encouragement in her journey. Now, she is passionate about paying that investment forward - helping women move with confidence, embrace their potential, and trust their purpose.

As a Manager, Dionka brings a thoughtful, people-first leadership style grounded in empathy, encouragement, and perspective. Alongside fellow mentor Raven Washabaugh, she helped reimagine WEMN's Branding ME! series for the EmpowHER Crew, expanding conversations around personal branding, professional presence, communication, and career growth for women 

entering the evolving workforce.

One of Dionka's greatest lessons for mentees is that success isn't just about celebrating wins - it's also about embracing the lessons that come from setbacks. She encourages young women to give themselves grace, learn from closed doors, and remember that every challenge 

is helping shape the woman they are becoming.

For Dionka, mentorship is simple: sharing, caring, listening, encouraging, and being present. Her hope is that something 

she says or does helps a mentee choose confidence over fear 

and boldly pursue their next chapters.
